Fees & Out-of-Network Insurance

Sessions are $350 for 45 minutes.

I am an out-of-network provider by choice. Staying outside insurance panels means our work is guided entirely by what serves you — not by what a plan will authorize, how it labels you, or how many sessions it allows. It also protects your privacy and makes room for the depth of work that real change requires.

After each session I provide a detailed receipt (a superbill) with everything you need to seek reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits, if you have them. Many clients are reimbursed a portion of the fee; your insurer can confirm your specific behavioral-health benefits. I'm glad to answer any questions.
